What you will do

• Oversee site contracting, investigator/site budget development, and financial management at regional and global levels.
• Line manage contracts team, allocate resources, forecast workloads, and plan for new business and ongoing studies.
• Support review, drafting, negotiation, and execution of clinical trial agreements, budgets, and ancillary documents.
• Escalate and resolve issues with Legal, Finance, Grants Management, and senior leadership.
• Report and analyze metrics on productivity, cycle times, and cost performance.
• Identify process improvements for budget development, reporting, and grant alignment; represent as SME in meetings.

Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent in scientific, healthcare, finance, or business discipline.
• Experience in site contracts and investigator/site budgets within a CRO.
• Experience leading or supporting global budget template development and standardization.
• Financial acumen including budgets, forecasting, and contracting implications.
• Experience with clinical trial contracts, budgets, and financial oversight.
• Experience in remote people management.

Nice to have

• 5+ years drafting, reviewing, negotiating CTAs, budgets, and managing contract lifecycles.
• Experience with site contracting/budget strategies, sponsors, and grant-funded studies.
• Work across global contracting models (centralized/regional).
• Familiarity with unit-level financial reporting and portfolio oversight.
