What you will do

• Oversee site contracting, investigator/site budget development, and financial reporting at regional and global levels.
• Line manage remote team members, allocate resources, and plan workloads for contracts and budgets.
• Escalate and resolve issues with Legal, Finance, and senior leadership.
• Support review, drafting, negotiation, and execution of clinical trial agreements and budgets.
• Report and analyze metrics on productivity, cycle times, and cost performance.
• Identify process improvements and represent as SME in client meetings.

Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent in scientific, healthcare, finance, or business discipline
• Experience in site contracts and investigator/site budgets in a CRO
• Experience leading global budget template development and financial acumen
• Experience with clinical trial contracts, budgets, and remote people management
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and contract management systems
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Nice to have

• 5+ years drafting, reviewing, negotiating CTAs and budgets at project/portfolio level
• Experience with site contracting strategies, sponsors, and grant-funded studies
• Familiarity with global contracting models and unit-level financial reporting
