What you will do

• Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and experience maps.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize concepts.
• Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.
• Maintain and contribute to a scalable Design System to ensure global product consistency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product design, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles and deliverables.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French.
