TL;DR

Senior UX Designer (Product Design): Leading UX strategy and design across eCommerce, internal tools, and mobile platforms with an accent on user-centered research, journey mapping, and design system evolution. Focus on solving complex interaction challenges, mentoring junior designers, and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver intuitive digital experiences.

Location: Must be based in the Philippines (Remote/Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Lead UX planning, research, and design direction across multiple digital products.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
  • Create personas, journey maps, and service blueprints to guide product strategy.
  • Produce high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
  • Mentor junior designers and facilitate design sprints to uplift team UX maturity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX or Product Design with expertise in complex digital platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and research insights.
  • Mastery of Figma and modern prototyping tools.
  • Proven ability to lead UX initiatives within agile or product-led teams.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, component libraries, and accessibility principles.
  • Must be based in the Philippines.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing for eCommerce, B2B platforms, or internal workflow tools.
  • Familiarity with front-end development concepts like HTML, CSS, and React.
  • Background in service design, systems thinking, or design ops.
  • Experience with data-driven product environments and A/B testing.
