What you will do

• Plan, book, and manage administration of radio airtime campaigns aligned with agency deals and inventory targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service through efficient campaign turnaround
• Monitor agency and client spend to identify revenue opportunities
• Support Account Managers with reporting and Post Campaign Analysis presentations
• Maximize agency expenditure by challenging briefs and providing insightful responses
• Follow up proposals with negotiation to maximize opportunities
• Drive sales initiatives to exceed revenue targets and provide agencies with reports and updates

Requirements

• Strong customer service experience
• Passion for media sales and Bauer’s brands
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with confident telephone manner
• Curious, eager to learn, ambitious to progress in a large organization
• Personable with ability to build relationships internally and externally
• Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
