What you will do

• Lead onsite execution of medium and large-scale events, acting as the main operational reference point.
• Coordinate and manage onsite staff including coordinators, temporary staff, and suppliers, ensuring clear roles and high performance.
• Enforce operational processes and tools onsite, detecting and fixing issues immediately to maintain consistency and quality.
• Serve as primary point of contact for partners during events, providing clarity and quick responses.
• Collaborate with Strategic Event Managers to translate plans into execution and provide feedback for improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent English required (local language a plus).
• 5–10 years experience in live event operations, hospitality, or similar onsite-heavy roles.
• Proven experience managing teams in real-time environments under pressure.
• Execution-focused mindset with strong presence, detail-orientation, decisiveness, and people leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in large-scale or high-complexity events.
• Familiarity with operational tools like ticketing, access control, and POS.
