What you will do

• Evaluate submitted fashion lots and provide fair market value estimates.
• Curate and optimize weekly auctions to maximize bidder interest and quality.
• Build and manage relationships with luxury fashion sellers in Japan.
• Onboard high-quality sellers via professional networks and trade fairs.
• Ensure authenticity and transparency across all listings.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service to grow the Japanese market.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of the Japanese and international luxury fashion market, particularly luxury bags.
• Experience in luxury fashion retail, appraisal, or curation in a commercial role.
• Native-level Japanese and professional English proficiency.
• Ability to work earlier UK hours to overlap with Japanese time zones.
• Strong communication skills for handling user disputes diplomatically.
