What you will do

• Partner with Strategic Sourcing Managers to improve workflows, contract execution, and reporting insights.
• Collaborate with internal Accounting, Finance, IT, Security, and Legal stakeholders to define procurement needs.
• Lead RFP and RFx events, including document preparation and vendor coordination.
• Review and track SOWs, Change Requests, NDAs, and contract amendments to ensure compliance.
• Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee the creation and approval of purchase orders within Coupa and manage CLM administration in Agiloft.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of procurement experience with a focus on indirect categories and supplier management.
• Hands-on experience with Agiloft procurement software.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the specified location; sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience in Professional Services procurement.
• Experience managing and training onshore and offshore contractor resources.
• Background in international procurement and managing global entities.
