What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business priorities to drive value and long-term impact
• Lead high-value sourcing projects, negotiations, and demand management for cost optimization
• Manage supplier portfolio, performance, rationalization, and strategic partnerships
• Embed risk management, compliance, and supply continuity practices
• Act as business partner, educating stakeholders and procurement teams on category expertise
• Drive digitalization, process efficiency, and cross-divisional synergies using tools like COUPA

Requirements

• 3-5 years in similar role in international FMCG environment
• Experience in category strategy development, market intelligence, benchmarking
• Strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, negotiations
• Process optimization, digital tools, project management
• Storytelling, change management, influencing, agile mindset
• Advanced level of English; other languages a plus
