Lead Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Lead the execution of multiple projects, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution shaping, estimation, and team structure planning.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, blockers, and delays early in the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure delivery stability and satisfaction.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability tracking.
• Mentor junior delivery colleagues by sharing experience and reviewing delivery plans.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience managing IT delivery projects across multiple teams.
• Experience delivering projects or programs involving 20–50 FTEs.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid models.
• English: C1+ level required for written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of core technology stack components (frontend/backend, QA, CI/CD, cloud) and delivery metrics (DORA, velocity).
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or Business.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner certification.
• Intermediate project management credentials such as PMI PMP.
