Senior Product Development Program Manager (Aortic): Leading the development and launch of the next generation Valiant Thoracic stent graft platform with an accent on strategic program leadership, cross-functional team mobilization, and risk management. Focus on championing product development best practices, overseeing launch readiness, and facilitating governance and decision-making.
Location: Onsite in Santa Rosa, CA or Santa Ana, CA, United States (requires unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire, no sponsorship for this level). Working on-site 4 days per week, less than 10% travel.
Salary: $191,200 - $286,800 USD

What you will do
- Lead definition and delivery of program scope, strategy, quality, cost, and schedule aligned with business goals.
- Secure and mobilize cross-functional resources to drive program success.
- Champion product development best practices and oversee commercial launch readiness.
- Lead business reviews and serve as primary liaison for strategic insights.
- Maintain communication and alignment with stakeholders and leadership.
- Foster collaborative, high-performing team environment and manage risks and trade-offs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, math or technical discipline with minimum 7 years of technical work experience, OR advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional product development programs.
- Ability to manage program predictability, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
Nice to have
- Experience in highly regulated industry, preferably implantable medical devices.
- Knowledge of product development cycles including clinical and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to coach and mentor engineering team members.
