What you will do

• Own and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Energy Products & Quoting.
• Lead the evolution of product modelling to support modern offerings, including dynamic tariffs and bundled propositions.
• Champion the integration of AI across workflows for intelligent configuration and pricing optimisation.
• Ensure international scalability by adapting product structures to multiple regulatory and market environments.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and customers to align on product direction and manage the lifecycle.
• Mentor and coach other product managers while contributing to organizational product practice maturity.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management, specifically with CPQ, product catalogue, pricing, or quoting platforms.
• Background in complex configurable environments such as energy, telecoms, insurance, or financial services.
• Proven experience defining product strategy across multiple markets and regulated industries.
• Deep understanding of CPQ principles, including pricing rules, eligibility logic, and quote lifecycle management.
• Ability to use data and AI-driven insights to inform strategic product decisions.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
