What you will do
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, researchers, and engineers through the full product discovery and delivery lifecycle.
- Architect products that leverage agentic workflows and LLM orchestration, implementing modern AI tooling to increase squad productivity.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with senior stakeholders to solve complex problems and define strategic roadmaps.
- Implement data-driven tracking and success metrics to advocate for product pivots and ensure quality in probabilistic AI outputs.
- Manage client relationships, proactively identifying new business opportunities and consultative work phases.
- Evangelize project outcomes through Show & Tells and case studies to grow the company portfolio.
Requirements
- Proven track record of designing and delivering consumer-facing and internal propositions in large, cross-functional teams.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a consultancy environment.
- Ability to integrate advanced AI tools and LLMs into products and professional workflows.
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills to translate technical complexity for non-technical audiences.
- Experience producing high-quality market scans, competitor analyses, and detailed reports.
- Must be based in or able to commute to central London for weekly meet-ups.
