What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams of designers, researchers, and engineers through the full product discovery and delivery lifecycle.
• Architect products that leverage agentic workflows and LLM orchestration, implementing modern AI tooling to increase squad productivity.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with senior stakeholders to solve complex problems and define strategic roadmaps.
• Implement data-driven tracking and success metrics to advocate for product pivots and ensure quality in probabilistic AI outputs.
• Manage client relationships, proactively identifying new business opportunities and consultative work phases.
• Evangelize project outcomes through Show & Tells and case studies to grow the company portfolio.

Requirements

• Proven track record of designing and delivering consumer-facing and internal propositions in large, cross-functional teams.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a consultancy environment.
• Ability to integrate advanced AI tools and LLMs into products and professional workflows.
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills to translate technical complexity for non-technical audiences.
• Experience producing high-quality market scans, competitor analyses, and detailed reports.
• Must be based in or able to commute to central London for weekly meet-ups.
