What you will do

• Book, coordinate, and perform health checks on OTP ASHP installations
• Assess compliance with mechanical standards (G3, water regs, MCS, controls) and system integration
• Serve as primary contact for OTP technical queries, escalations, and aftercare
• Manage mechanical safety and compliance escalations to resolution
• Collaborate with technical design engineers, Cosy team, and OES stakeholders on OTP requests
• Provide feedback to partners on risks, improvements, and best practices
• Support internal channels, product development, and assurance process improvements

Requirements

• Hybrid role based in Scotland (GB)
• Strong mechanical background with domestic installation experience, including heat pumps
• Knowledge of ASHP systems, heating controls, and mechanical-electrical interfaces
• Experience with installation partners, subcontractors, or field teams in technical/assurance roles
• Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing and/or Heat Pump award
• Confident in technical discussions, non-conformances, and escalations; organised and detail-oriented

Nice to have

• Water Regs & G3 qualifications
• Experience with other low-carbon technologies
• F-Gas, MCS, or similar industry qualifications
• Electrical experience with heat pumps
