What you will do

• Design tailored BESS and EMS solutions for clients, integrating electrical and civil engineering principles.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine optimal technical project configurations.
• Create Single Line Diagrams to ensure solution clarity and define demarcation between involved parties.
• Provide technical expertise and support to sales colleagues to facilitate client acquisitions.
• Manage sub-contracted EPC parties and ensure a smooth transition to the assigned project manager post-signature.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to create customized client solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Proven experience in a sales engineering role, preferably within the energy sector.
• Strong understanding of BESS and EMS technologies and their applications in C&I settings.
• Must be based in or able to work in Oxford, United Kingdom (Hybrid).
• Ability to travel for site visits as required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of technical standards and connection specifications of network operators (TSO’s/DSO’s).
