What you will do

• Ensure customs compliance, best operational practices, employee development, productivity, and morale.
• Drive customer service, business development, growth, and meet corporate KPIs including accurate billing.
• Monitor profitability through budget oversight, cash flow analysis, performance reports, and market/customer analysis.
• Prepare quotations for new and existing business.
• Handle regulatory issues like classifications, port entry, and problem resolution in coordination with Regional Compliance Manager.
• Provide sales support, manage partnerships/agent relationships, and perform bid/RFI/RFQ cost-benefit analysis and price authorization.

Requirements

• Accountability for customs compliance, employee development, customer service, business growth, KPIs, and billing accuracy.
• Proficiency in profitability management including budget, cash flow (A/R, COTS, ACH, Open Job), and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of regulatory issues, classifications, port entry, and problem resolution.
• Experience in sales support, partnership development, and bid/RFI/RFQ analysis.
