What you will do
- Act as the single point of contact for existing global sales customers across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to provide "hyper care" service and regular updates.
- Monitor and increase customer profitability by reviewing monthly reports with a target of a minimum 10% increase.
- Identify and develop new sales prospects and manage leads within the Vietnam network.
- Collaborate with country and product teams to offer optimal solutions and quotes to customers.
- Build a pipeline and set targets to onboard new business.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Hanoi, Vietnam
- Experience in managing global sales customers and acting as a primary point of contact.
- Ability to analyze financial reports to drive profitability and achieve KPIs.
- Proven track record in sales lead development and pipeline management.
- Strong coordination skills to work between sales, product, and country teams.
