What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of import files and customer orders from A to Z.

• Oversee customs processing and manage all associated documentation, administration, and invoicing.
• Provide regular shipment reporting and feedback to both internal and external customers.
• Resolve operational troubleshooting issues and report non-conformances in accordance with KPIs.
• Collaborate with approved subcontractors to ensure efficient shipment execution at agreed rates.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a freight forwarder within an import department.
• Ability to manage order processing and operational troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational skills for documentation and administration.
• Competence in coordinating shipments and managing subcontractor relationships.
