What you will do

• Own financial reporting and trial balance integrity for Dutch entities across Wholesale, Digital, and Royalty streams.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations, including revenue analysis, inventory, POS, and intercompany balances.
• Lead month-end close processes and deliver reporting packages in OneStream with financial commentary.
• Ensure timely submission of VAT, social taxes, and corporate income tax filings.
• Coordinate internal and external audits by providing high-quality documentation and explanations.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes by leveraging AI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial reporting or accounting, ideally within the retail sector.
• University degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• English: Fluency required; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Dutch statutory reporting and VAT compliance.
