What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of product managers and producers to improve delivery effectiveness.
• Translate high-level product and brand strategy into actionable web roadmaps and prioritized initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of web experience improvements collaborating with design, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Drive optimization of user journeys through experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven insights.
• Define goals, requirements, and success metrics for web initiatives while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure alignment between web initiatives and broader marketing and product strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience focused on web-based products or digital experiences.
• 2+ years of experience formally leading a team of product managers.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, UX principles, and product development lifecycles.
• Proven ability to translate strategic direction into clear, executable product roadmaps.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using experimentation and A/B testing to drive decisions.
• Must be based in the United States (eligible regions).

Nice to have

• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Amplitude.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like Contentful, Webflow, or Adobe Experience Manager.
