What you will do

• Draft and review legal documents, commercial contracts, and corporate governance materials.
• Provide legal advice on company law and corporate group operations.
• Manage full-cycle HR documentation, including employment and B2B contracts, settlements, and terminations.
• Advise on international recruitment, relocations, and incentive plans.
• Analyze business risks and monitor changes in applicable laws.
• Coordinate and oversee external legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in law and attorney-at-law or advocate status.
• 6+ years of experience in corporate/commercial and employment law.
• Working knowledge of civil, corporate, and employment law.
• Advanced proficiency in both Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently under pressure in a global environment.
