What you will do
- Define and drive the long-term vision for Sales Enablement across 4+ countries.
- Design and deliver high-impact training programs covering sales skills, insurance expertise, and product mastery.
- Collaborate with senior sales leadership to align enablement initiatives with business priorities and performance gaps.
- Analyze sales performance data to define and implement clear KPIs measuring training effectiveness and ROI.
- Lead experimentation with AI for role-play simulations, personalized learning paths, and automated content generation.
- Build the organizational foundation for scale, including team structure and operational processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or a Sales Leadership function.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling enablement functions in high-growth environments.
- Must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect performance data to enablement value.
- Ability to bce strategic leadership with hands-on individual contribution.
