TL;DR

Location: Hybrid. Must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.

What you will do

  • Define and drive the long-term vision for Sales Enablement across 4+ countries.
  • Design and deliver high-impact training programs covering sales skills, insurance expertise, and product mastery.
  • Collaborate with senior sales leadership to align enablement initiatives with business priorities and performance gaps.
  • Analyze sales performance data to define and implement clear KPIs measuring training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Lead experimentation with AI for role-play simulations, personalized learning paths, and automated content generation.
  • Build the organizational foundation for scale, including team structure and operational processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or a Sales Leadership function.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling enablement functions in high-growth environments.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect performance data to enablement value.
  • Ability to bhirify.globalce strategic leadership with hands-on individual contribution.
