TL;DR

Video Producer (Product team) (Femtech): Own and drive creative strategy for core user segments starting with Perimenopause Mode, translating user needs and product functionality into cohesive content strategy and leading end-to-end production of engaging video and motion content. Focus on building personalised content systems with relevance algorithms, embedding data and insights into content, and optimising based on performance metrics and user feedback.

Location: Hybrid model with 3 days per week spent in the office

What you will do

  • Develop and evolve creative vision and content strategy for Perimenopause Mode, translating user needs into content directions that support product goals like clarity, validation, and action.
  • Analyze product features to identify content opportunities and collaborate with Product Managers to embed data, insights, and functionality into content.
  • Lead ideation, creative briefs, script writing, and end-to-end production of video and motion content with internal and external teams.
  • Work with engineers to define content logic, relevance algorithms, and structure for personalised content at scale, delivering batches aligned with user segments.
  • Drive experimentation using performance data and user feedback to refine creative strategy and content direction.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in creative production, content strategy, digital or social media with proven track record of producing video, motion, or digital content at scale.
  • Strong creative thinking and storytelling, especially in engaging video formats.
  • Ability to translate user insights into content strategy, write briefs and scripts.
  • Understanding of content personalisation, user segmentation, data, and performance metrics.
  • Product mindset seeing content as part of user experience; hands-on, proactive collaborator in fast-moving environment across product, tech, and creative teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in health, wellness, or femtech.
  • Experience with algorithm-driven or personalised content systems.
  • Familiarity with UA/performance creatives and testing frameworks.
