What you will do

  • Develop and execute innovative content strategies and communication campaigns based on market research and insights.
  • Create original copy and edit content for print and digital marketing materials across various therapeutic areas.
  • Translate complex scientific details into digestible promotional messaging for HCPs, patients, and caregivers.
  • Collaborate with client service managers, strategists, and creative teams to deliver high-quality assets.
  • Manage editorial calendars and ensure all content adheres to brand voice and writing style.
  • Participate in regulatory submissions and annotation processes to achieve efficient asset approvals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in promotional content development for the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Degree in health science (medicine, pharma, biology) or communications with specific pharma copywriting experience.
  • Proven experience with both print and digital assets in pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Ability to synthesize complex scientific concepts into engaging, value-driven narratives.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory standards and best practices for annotations.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Madrid or Barcelona, Spain.
