Salary: $74,500 - $84,000 per year

What you will do

• Write and develop on-brand copy for blogs, customer stories, lifecycle emails, landing pages, paid ads, and social media.
• Evolve and maintain the brand's messaging architecture, terminology, and copy guidelines.
• Partner with Growth, Lifecycle, and Product teams to translate business goals into compelling content.
• Use customer research and performance data to continuously optimize content effectiveness.
• Review and edit copy from other contributors to ensure grammatical correctness and brand alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or brand marketing.
• Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional writing and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone for diverse channels.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and data-driven storytelling.
• Based in Canada (implied by Toronto office and remote setup).
