Location: This position is remote within Canada.

Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 CAD

What you will do

• Research and analyze content across channels to identify patterns and issues
• Lead workshops and interviews on content requirements with clients
• Define content vision, goals, roadmaps, and governance strategies
• Design information architecture, content models, taxonomies, and migration strategies
• Structure content for AI discoverability and design conversation strategies for generative experiences
• Apply LLM knowledge including prompting, context management, and hallucination mitigation
• Act as subject matter expert, advising teams and clients on content initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years in developing interactive content
• Strong background leading content strategy through full web development process
• Comfort facilitating client workshops with enthusiasm
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms and AI content strategy
• Excellent problem-solving for content challenges
• Self-motivated, managing multiple projects autonomously
