What you will do

• Collaborate with Principal Engineers and Product Managers to define platform direction, shape team practices, and drive innovation and adoption.
• Code, build, govern, and maintain automation solutions; implement CI/CD to modernize development and replace manual processes.
• Manage product backlog for technical feasibility; support application teams by removing deployment barriers.
• Mentor junior engineers and students; foster collaboration and continuous growth in the engineering organization.
• Work with distributed teams to facilitate platform adoption and integrate perspectives from application and operational engineering.
• Stay current with IT trends, especially AI, to drive improvements and enhance developer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in TypeScript and Python/TypeScript; track record delivering large-scale digital solutions.
• DevOps/agile experience with CI/CD, TDD, full SDLC; maintaining and iterating internal products.
• Passion for AI and eagerness to learn new tools/technologies.
• Strong communication with technical/non-technical stakeholders; influence across IT and third parties.
• Organizational skills to convey complex topics clearly and align teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure/Google Cloud and AI tools.
• Hands-on with Next.js, React, Terraform, authentication/authorization protocols.
• Experience supporting digital platforms: integrations, release management, testing, data obfuscation.
