What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for various functions and levels across EMEA.
• Proactively source and engage top candidates, especially German-fluent, via LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders on talent strategies and market insights.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and smooth onboarding.
• Track KPIs, report metrics, and optimize processes using data.
• Promote employer branding and ensure compliance with EMEA employment laws.

Requirements

• 3-5 years as Recruitment Partner or similar, ideally in multinational setting.
• Deep knowledge of EMEA labor markets, sourcing strategies, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building with senior stakeholders.
• Analytical skills, proficiency in HR software and ATS.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
• Fluency in German essential, proficiency in English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in M&Q (Manufacturing & Quality) functions.
• Knowledge of German recruitment market and additional languages.
• Experience with Workday.
