What you will do

• Design cross-channel experiences and implement accessible design best practices.
• Drive and close design requirements independently in an agile marketing environment.
• Create production specs and assets ready for deployment with marketeers.
• Produce simple designs, logos, low-complex ideation, and visual elements like animation, icons, illustrations, branding.
• Integrate German copy into designs daily.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer
• Good business English and German language skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic design, Marketing & Communications or related field
• Portfolio demonstrating great ideas, concepts, and human-centred design
• Experience with Adobe Suite, Figma, Invision, Microsoft Word/PPT
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

• Experience or familiarity with agile marketing and processes
• French language skills
• Experience with pharma/health technology
• Examples of pharmaceutical brands in portfolio
