What you will do

• Own the end-to-end social content pipeline, including planning, storyboarding, and designing for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Develop visual systems and repeatable templates for content series to maintain high output and consistency.
• Design high-converting carousels, static posts, and short-form video graphics based on platform-specific behaviors.
• Create case study visuals, pitch decks, and thought leadership assets for internal and external presentations.
• Maintain and evolve the Figma-based brand system, including asset libraries and scalable components.
• Iterate on designs based on performance tracking and current in-feed trends.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong social-first work (carousel systems, content series).
• Must be based in Brazil, Mexico, Portugal, or Spain.
• Ability to work EST hours (9 AM–5 PM).
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including the use of shared libraries and scalable components.
• Strong instincts for typography and layout across diverse formats.
