What you will do

• Oversee 2-3 regional or local brands and manage 2-3 concept teams or 3-6 writers.
• Review and clear creative concepts and content to ensure quality and brand alignment.
• Develop creative strategies by dissecting briefs and working with strategists.
• Present and defend creative work and narratives during client presentations.
• Manage team performance, provide feedback, and identify talent during interviews.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver creative solutions that meet client needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creative leadership and people management.
• Ability to dissect complex briefs and translate them into strategic creative direction.
• Strong presentation skills to defend creative work to clients.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines.
