What you will do
- Own the editorial calendar across LinkedIn and YouTube, developing recurring series and formats.
- Run biweekly sessions with the Founder to extract insights and convert them into weekly content plans, scripts, and briefs.
- Write or ghostwrite 4–5 LinkedIn posts per week in the Founder’s voice and create scripts for 1–2 YouTube videos.
- Direct an in-house videographer and graphic designer plus overseas editors by setting creative briefs and reviewing output for premium quality.
- Track performance across formats and platforms using engagement, follower growth, and pipeline attribution to double down on winners.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Argentina
- Exceptional writing skills with strong hooks and the ability to structure posts and scripts for engagement.
- Ability to translate complex A/B testing insights into clear, compelling narratives (math comfort required).
- Strategic thinking focused on reusable content formats rather than one-off ideas.
- High agency: diagnose what isn’t working and drive fixes without waiting for direction.
