What you will do

• Deliver new workplace requirements and projects, implementing production changes via change control process.
• Support architects in designing workplace services like M365 and provide technical validation for changes.
• Troubleshoot and fix complex workplace issues beyond L1/L2 support.
• Work with InfoSec on M365 security roadmap and embed security, privacy, and data protection.
• Identify opportunities to optimize architecture, drive cost efficiencies, and position new technologies.
• Collaborate with architecture and security teams, engage in forums, and deep dive into key initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Extensive experience across workplace services including client and productivity.
• Extensive experience with MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Pages, Automate, Virtual Agent, Dynamics) - specifically Dynamics.
• Extensive experience with SharePoint - specifically migrations and file management (Archive, SP Document Governance, Data migrations).
• Experience with SMTP and application email services (e.g. SendGrid, Valimail).
• General knowledge of M365 Exchange Online (email security and best practices), Purview/Priva suite (Information Protection, IRM, DLP, Data Lifecycle Management).
• General M365 application knowledge and understanding of Entra.
• Extensive experience in infrastructure engineering, operations (ITIL), technology project leadership, and public cloud services (Microsoft O365).
• Experience with automation (Azure Automation, Logic Apps) and GitHub.
• Strong influence, communication, facilitation, organizational, and communication skills.
