What you will do

• Collaborate with IT, business, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide expertise in developing and integrating endpoint technologies for GxP systems and processes.
• Evaluate and improve full lifecycle processes for GxP devices, including upgrades, licensing, and hardware.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize tasks, and make data-driven decisions aligned with strategic goals.
• Technically evaluate, test solutions, and provide feedback for smooth deployment and user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years in information technology or technical environment
• Experience with endpoint management tools (SCCM, Intune, WSUS) and Windows Desktop OS/Linux
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) for backlog management

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ICS, SCADA, and OT environments
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow
• Understanding of IT/OT networking protocols (TCP/IP, Modbus, OPC)
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders on complex projects
