What you will do

• Lead delivery of improvements to the ALPS Administration System using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and shape technical solutions.
• Deliver enhancements through analysis, specification, and full test lifecycle support including UAT, BAT, and PAT.
• Drive continuous improvement with LEAN and Agile while maintaining quality and customer focus.
• Provide PRT systems expertise for administration, migration, and new schemes.
• Review changes for impact on customer journeys and service delivery.

Requirements

• Experience delivering technology and process change in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of ALPS or similar admin platforms, business analysis, and testing.
• Understanding of LEAN and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Defined Benefit pensions and financial services sector.
• Collaborative approach with risk management and prioritization skills.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and customer outcomes.
