What you will do

  • Deliver enhancements and improvements to the ALPS Administration System and core technical systems
  • Collaborate with product owners, business specialists, and technical teams to develop production-ready solutions
  • Gather and validate requirements, produce business analysis and technical specifications
  • Support Agile and LEAN ways of working to drive continuous improvement in processes and systems
  • Ensure requirement traceability and contribute to testing approaches including UAT, BAT, and PAT
  • Provide expertise to loading and administration teams on migration and new scheme activities
  • Engage stakeholders and third parties for smooth system and process changes implementation

Requirements

  • Experience delivering technology or process change in complex operational environments
  • Strong knowledge of ALPS or other Defined Benefits administration systems, business analysis, and testing practices
  • Understanding of Agile and LEAN methodologies
  • Knowledge of Defined Benefits pensions and financial services sector
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills focused on customer outcomes
  • Ability to prioritise workload, adapt to changes, and take initiative in resolving challenges
