What you will do

• Build and maintain core AI platform components, including model serving infrastructure, prompt pipelines, and evaluation harnesses.
• Develop agentic workflows, orchestration scaffolding, and reliability mechanisms for autonomous AI capabilities.
• Implement observability for AI systems, tracking token costs, latency, and quality signals.
• Create tooling and frameworks for writing, versioning, and testing prompts across the organization.
• Collaborate with domain teams such as Real-time Risk and Investigations to integrate AI platform foundations.
• Research and integrate emerging AI model capabilities, orchestration patterns, and evaluation techniques.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building with LLMs or ML systems.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with a focus on clean, testable, and maintainable production code.
• Deep understanding of context windows, context rot, and compaction in agentic workflows.
• Exposure to API integration, orchestration, data pipelines, or model evaluation.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, United Kingdom

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, LangSmith, or Databricks AgentBricks.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and evaluation dataset design.
• Interest in the crypto and digital assets ecosystem.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-adjacent domains.
• Familiarity with MLflow or Databricks ML lifecycle tooling.
