What you will do
- Serve as technical authority for assigned product line (e.g., Data Feeds, Analytics, Compliance) on sales calls, validating feasibility and removing blockers.
- Own micro-product management, technical roadmaps, and cross-FDE collaborations for client integrations.
- Conduct pre-launch customer validation, secure feedback, and ensure solutions solve real business problems.
- Manage end-to-end trial ownership, from use case definition to live deployment and value proof.
- Architect last-mile solutions, mapping client data and logic to platform for protection.
- Mitigate churn risks by verifying data accuracy and delivering 'Aha!' moments; hand off to Customer Success post-integration.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and system architecture.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical configurations.
- Familiarity with ad tech, fraud detection, or digital analytics platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for client-facing interactions; explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving in complex integrations; strong documentation skills.
- Cross-functional experience with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in ad tech, programmatic advertising, or digital fraud detection.
- Background in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or pre-sales.
- Familiarity with CTV, mobile app analytics, data feeds, IVT, or ad fraud.
- Trial management and customer success metrics experience.
- Foundational knowledge of digital advertising ecosystem (DSP, SSP, Ad Server).
