Lead Solutions Architect (Web3): Serving as the technical anchor for the SEA and Greater China region, you will drive customer engagement, solution design, and ecosystem development for decentralized identity infrastructure. Location: Must be based in Singapore with flexibility to travel within the SEA and Greater China region.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, architecture discussions, and solution design for diverse customers.
• Translate complex business requirements into secure, consent-driven, and standards-based architectures.
• Deliver demos, PoCs, and technical validations to support strategic deals.
• Build prototypes and reference implementations to guide customer adoption.
• Represent the company at industry events and workshops to drive ecosystem growth.
• Feed customer insights back into product and roadmap strategy.

Requirements

• Mandarin language skills required for regional scope.
• At least 4 years of total experience with 2+ years in technical customer-facing roles.
• Strong engineering foundation in distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud architectures.
• Hands-on experience with identity protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML), cryptography, or decentralized identity models.
• Experience with AI systems and modern development tooling.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and shape early-stage markets.

• Experience working across both startup and enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of guiding customers from discovery through to production adoption.
