What you will do

• Accept incoming orders from Log-In room, review cut sheets, and determine initial machining steps.
• Prepare materials for testing using cylindrical grinding tools.
• Perform ongoing general machine maintenance and alert management to repair needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, see, hear, and speak English.
• Experience with precision measuring tools, cylindrical grinding, G and M code, Fanuc control, Ni/high temp alloys, titanium, stainless steel.
• High school diploma or equivalency; competent with scale and simple measuring tools.
• Able to lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 pounds (more with assistance), use tools like saws/mills/lathes/hand tools, sit/stand/walk extended periods.
• Wear PPE including gloves, safety glasses (steel-toed boots preferred); willing to work both shifts.
