What you will do

• Operate, monitor, and maintain CNC machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Utilize an overhead crane for material handling and perform mandatory daily safety inspections.
• Load and edit machine programs while interpreting technical procedures.
• Verify part accuracy using measuring equipment before and after the machining process.
• Coordinate and troubleshoot with other shop areas to ensure production efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Kent, OH.
• Prefer 2+ years of experience in machining.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs.
• Capability to stand for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments in all weather conditions.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
