What you will do

• Design, build, and improve systems for packaging, versioning, promoting, and rolling back AI model artifacts.
• Develop deployment and release pathways for AI-backed services with shadow-serving and staged rollouts.
• Strengthen runtime behavior, observability, and debugging for model-backed systems.
• Build and automate evaluation systems for evidence-based release decisions.
• Reduce bespoke coordination by strengthening shared rails for multiple AI teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 6 years of professional software engineering experience shipping production infrastructure.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals for maintainable code and complex debugging.
• Experience in ambiguous, cross-functional environments with evolving requirements.
• Expertise in reproducibility, operability, rollout safety, and quality-focused changes.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerized environments, or ML platforms.
• Model serving, deployment systems, experiment tracking, or ML lifecycle tooling.
• Distributed systems, service platforms, or production AI platforms.
• Testing, benchmarking, or evaluation frameworks for release decisions.
• Exposure to applied AI, speech, or conversational systems.
