What you will do

• Develop and maintain machine learning platforms for managing models and Generative AI applications and agents.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting services to ensure the health of AI platform infrastructure.
• Develop processes to enrich big data with telematics data at scale.
• Collaborate with data scientists to understand processing needs and develop infrastructure solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for architecture, requirements, and process flows.
• Support internal teams with data integration into newly developed AI platforms.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
• 3-5 years of experience developing production-level systems using Python.
• 3-5 years of experience with mainstream cloud providers (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• 1-5 years of experience with application containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift).
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of fine-tuning and self-hosting vision LLMs and GenAI frameworks like Langgraph, CrewAI, or LiteLLM.
• Experience with OpenSpec, Ralph, Agent Sandbox, and Sourcegraph.
• Familiarity with AI/ML platforms such as Ray, VertexAI, Bedrock, and Google BigQuery.
