What you will do

• Design and implement enterprise-scale MLOps systems and platforms, setting standards for high-performance ML products.
• Productionalize and support scalable Machine Learning models and solutions.
• Define standards for model lifecycle management including versioning, monitoring, alerting, and low-latency inference.
• Optimize data management strategies for performance with extensive data loads.
• Mentor teams on ML engineering practices and contribute to business strategic decisions.
• Utilize CI/CD best practices and engage with external ML/MLOps evolution.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in high-performance backend technologies, preferably Golang.
• Extensive experience with cloud/on-premises distributed systems, data-intensive applications, and large-scale backend design.
• Deep knowledge of ML operationalization, trends, tools, and frameworks.
• Proven problem-solving for sophisticated technical challenges.
• Experience in software development, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.
