What you will do

• Develop and deploy conversational AI systems for enterprise clients.
• Deeply understand the product platform and present roadmaps to clients.
• Address platform constraints creatively to deliver required features.
• Serve as primary technical contact, handling communication and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with product, solution, and customer success teams on project delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in Toronto, Canada
• 2-5 years client-facing experience in solution implementation or technical consulting.
• Strong technical foundation in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Analysis.
• Experience with Python programming.
• Native-level proficiency in English.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders.
