Senior Software Engineer, C (L1 -Telco)

Location: Onsite in Szczecin, Poland

What you will do

• Design and implement features in 5G/4G L1 domain for telecommunication systems
• Ensure architecture, code structure, and long-term product quality
• Build competence and provide technical coaching to others
• Analyze logs, track bugs, search for memory leaks, and troubleshoot system issues
• Handle SW/HW interoperability problems and debug network/user space programs

Requirements

• Good English
• Wide knowledge of telecommunications
• Experience in L1 domain of 5G/4G RAC systems
• Advanced C programming skills with industry experience (assembler beneficial)
• Programming on Linux platform
• Debugging network issues, troubleshooting, SW design, and documentation
• Knowledge of git, Jira, Jenkins

Nice to have

• Experience with SW build tools and versioning
• Model-driven development
• Agile cross-functional team experience
