What you will do

• Conduct basic and common mechanical testing techniques according to machine and customer protocols.
• Determine test results, including pass/fail status and material composition for research.
• Prepare comprehensive test result reports using standardized templates.
• Perform occasional failure testing and pre/post-test measurements on specimens.
• Execute ongoing general machine maintenance and identify necessary repairs.
• Utilize a variety of specialized testing and analysis software.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Outlook.
• Must be a "U.S. Person" (Citizen, Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee) to comply with ITAR export controls.
• Fluency in English (read, speak, and hear).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to operate microscopes, saws, test frames, and basic hand tools.
