What you will do

• Own subsystem-level hardware assembly, wiring, and build activities for ruggedized platforms.
• Execute test and validation procedures independently to verify functionality and performance.
• Analyze and communicate build, test, or integration issues early in the development lifecycle.
• Perform troubleshooting and rework across mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical subsystems.
• Maintain test equipment, fixtures, and technical documentation in accordance with processes.
• Collaborate with engineers to support early integration, validation, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Associate or technical degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 4–8 years of relevant hands-on technical experience in subsystem-level assembly, testing, or troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical systems and common lab tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion with accountability.
• Up to 15% travel for system integration, supplier interaction, and field validation.

Nice to have

• Experience owning subsystem-level hardware builds or validation activities.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with ruggedized or industrial hardware systems.
• Familiarity with test equipment, fixtures, and instrumentation setup.
• Comfort working cross-functionally and communicating technical findings clearly.
