What you will do

• Lead In-Lab and On-Site Dimensional Inspection services, including CMM Inspection, CT scanning, and laser scanning.
• Drive revenue growth and business development for the service line in collaboration with sales and marketing.
• Manage technical team members and assets across multiple locations in the United States.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives in partnership with calibration and corporate leadership.
• Nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
• Hire, train, and coach talent to expand the company's capability and capacity in existing and emerging geographies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, materials) or equivalent industry experience.
• 10+ years of experience leading calibration services, metrology, or a dimensional inspection department.
• Deep knowledge of metrology software such as PC-DMIS, Volume Graphics, and Polyworks.
• Expertise in CT, CMM, and laser scanning operations.
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) per ITAR regulations.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to client sites and tradeshows.
