What you will do
- Reduce costs related to non-conformal wafer scrap and improve tool utilization and availability.
- Develop and write standard work procedure documents for Out of Control Action Plans.
- Implement process SPC using Six-Sigma statistical methodology.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and industrial engineering for capacity planning and modeling.
- Lead cross-functional lean activity teams and support process development activities.
- Source and release new equipment and train technicians and FAB associates on tool operation.
Requirements
- BS degree in engineering or a relevant field of studies.
- 4+ years of process engineering experience in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Six-Sigma statistical methodology.
- Experience performing Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA).
Nice to have
- Prior experience with KLA 8100 CDSEM, Archers, UVs, ASET, HRPs, RSXX, or Onto IRIS.
